Hi Eric, I would like to check how do I get refund from seller if my alipay doesn’t recognise my credit card even thought the seller has refund there. My credit card that I used to pay for items and shipping isn’t recognised to accept the refund. What other options do I have if I do not have a China issued credit card or bank?

I need a refund from Taobao seller but they can only refund via WeChat or alipay. I do not have a China issued credit card nor bank attached to those accout. Is there any other way they can refund me the amount? I’m located in Singapore
