Hi Eric, many thanks for your post.
The seller assured me that air shipping was possible, but my parcel was rejected by Taobao’s official air freight forwarding warehouse (Scenario 1). I applied for a full refund. However, the seller is adamant that I cannot be refunded the shipping cost and wants me to make a 7-day no-reason refund. Is this reasonable? I plan to seek customer service intervention.
