Hi eric. I got a problems here. I bought an items but when the items arrived at warehouse, i need to pay shipping which is too expensive. Around 5x from the items price. So i requested for return and refund. I paid for the return shipping and fill all the return info, and i can see the status of the item which is shipped out. But seller cant see it anything. So she denied for the refund. And when i talked to customer service, she say that my items cant be delivered to seller city due to pandemic. Cs want me to wait for pandemic to pass first. The problem is my refund timeframe gonna end soon. I chat to 2nd cs and she say i need to request for customer service intervention. But the problem is i dont have the return receipt to upload since the item at warehouse. So i dont knw what should i do. My question is if refund timeframe is expired, can i apply for refund again? Because i dont know when their courier to resume their service.
