Hello Eric!
I requested a return and refund in my taobao and the seller accepted it.
The items are still in the warehouse.
I have to enter the logistics details of my returns.
However I cannot find the ‘return to seller(退回卖家)’ tab as per your instructions above.
Now I’m stuck and I do not know how to ship the items from warehouse to seller.
Can you assist me on this?
