Hi Eric, I have bought some items from Taobao. The items have arrived to the warehouse but I left there for over 20 days. Now I could not find the consolidated shipment buttons for the items. Please help.

I have received the item but it was not fit or wrong type. Seller has agreed to accept returns and refund. But the return shipping fee from Malaysia to China is very high. Is the return shipping cost bear by the seller? Or can I claim reimbursement of the return shipping fee from Taobao?
