Hi Eric, thanks for the informative post. I have a separate issue though, which I’m hoping you could kindly advise on.
My item’s status on taobao is: 包囊因破损被集运仓拒签, 请联系卖家并申请退款. So I proceeded to contact the seller to request for a refund but was rejected, as seller liaised with the courier and she provided a screenshot showing that courier side states that: 这边显示正常签收, 这边核实下
I contacted the logistics customer service on taobao and received separate advice. One told me that since the warehouse rejected it, the parcel will be automatically shipped back to the seller while the other one told me that the seller has to arrange for courier to come pick up the rejected parcel from warehouse.
I’m not sure what to do as the seller mentioned she’ll just keep rejecting my refund requests until she receives the parcel, and she even told me to liaise with them as she cannot do so? No matter what I say, she just insists that the warehouse already accepted it and refuses to refund me. It’s been 3 days and there’s still no updates regarding the status as I’m unsure if I would need to do anything from my end? I cannot consolidate my shipments cos of this issue.
I really want to involve the taobao customer service in my refund request but am afraid that my request might be rejected/seller will turn nasty.
