Comment on How to Return the Goods from Warehouse to Taobao Seller? by J.
I was able to re route shipping to my agent before when a package is marked “contraband” with refund/return button but recently I wasn’t able to do that. Is it a new policy? There was no return/refund button and when I asked forwarder to ship domestic to a china address. They refused. Both package did have freight insurance and I’m not sure if that was the case.
I am very active on various social media outlets as well as this blog. So social media is a much faster and more effective channel to communicate with me compared to comments section of this blog.
