i think its almost impossible to create bank account if you have a tourist visa, its okay if you are working there or studying there, I advice you to go to bigger cities, at least their custom’s English would be better … also rather to bring your chinese friend with ya , if you have, try to be nice and smart , maybe they will ask you strange or too personal things
