1) you dont need extra agents,4px will ship from China to Japan.
2) most of the supplier dont know taobao official forwarding service,but it doesn’t matter as they will be shown a China address when you place order and choose consolidated shipping.so they don’t have to ship to Japan,they just need to ship to the China warehouse address.

Taobao official shipping is not supported, because the maximum weight of the package they accept is 20kg
