Eric, I need your help. My situation is that the sender confused me with their question of address and end up sending to the wrong address.
I ask the seller whether they can help me but they cant since it is out of their hand. I request a refund so that I can rebuy the product but the problem is that they wanted the product back and I can’t send it to them since I don’t have the product itself plus they told me that the warehouse can’t send the product back as the representative plus refuse to pay for the return.
What should I do?
