Comment on How to Request a Refund on Taobao by Shawn.
Hi, I asked for the refund but the seller did not reply. He didn’t ship the parcel, and he closed his store a few days after I bought the item. He also never replied when I tried to contact him. Will Taobao be responsible for the refund if the seller doesn’t respond.
