Hi Eric,

I bought a kitchen accessory( 162元) but the shipping is more than twice (359元) the item.
The seller never mentioned the weight of the item. https://item.taobao.com/item.htm?_u=v34jt0tk885b&id=37440466055 How can I request for refund? I’ll pay the domestic fee return.
