Comment on How to Request a Refund on Taobao by ash.
hello eric….i already made order and the payment through bank transfer but the taobao did not receive the payment. Rev Pay sent an email said the transaction succesfull but at taobao said not paya and the item order also become wrong. I think taobao is problem. So i cancel the order the next day. How will i get my refund? thanks mate.
