Comment on How to Request a Refund on Taobao by Eunice.
Hi, I applied for refund and seller has agreed to the refund about 3 days ago. However, the refund seems to be stuck at 退款发往银行 and doesn’t proceed to 银行受理 stage. May I know how long does it take for the refund to be received. I paid using credit card.
