Hello Eric, I ordered some 13 sweaters for a family reunion from Taoboa and used YOUBUY to get them and ship them. The total was about $300 for the sweasters – shipping and insurance was about $150 more. I am in Canada. Well Canada customs opened the parcel and said the value was $3000 and imposed a $1050 in duties! I did not pay and the parcel is still at the post office. Any suggestions what I can do? I am just sick about it – losing all that money. They are replica hockey jerseys. Help!
