Comment on How to Request a Refund on Taobao by Pactrick Lim.
Hi i had order from taobao. The seller had sent the items (3 pieces) to the warehouse. 2 pieces because too big are rejected and sent back to he seller. The seller repacked the 2 pieces into 4 piece and sent back and reach the warehouse on 6th nov 2017. So now the warehouse should have 5 pieces(4 pieces resent and 1 already there). However until now no news and the taobao had closed my order already without me acknowledging.
I am very active on various social media outlets as well as this blog. So social media is a much faster and more effective channel to communicate with me compared to comments section of this blog.
