Comment on How to Request a Refund on Taobao by Mavis Chin.
Hi Eric, i need your help. I have request refund from the seller and they have agreed to refund the money. The refund has submitted on 5 October 2017. However, till today (10/10/17/) the refund process has not reach the 2nd process. Do you have any way i can get help from?
