Hi,
I just started learning to buy directly from TB. I bought a dress using 官方直送 but the seller told me the colour and size I want is OOS, yet the status is updated to 卖家已发货. I already submitted a refund request but I realise the refund amount only includes the price of the dress and the domestic shipping fee but not the international shipping fee which I had already paid for. Is that correct? I was unable to change the amount in the refund box.
