Comment on How to Request a Refund on Taobao by Michael Lewis.
Hi Eric. I just got my credit card statement and there were unauthorized transactions totaling over 600 dollars with this website listed as the merchant. I called my card and filed a dispute with them, but was told to contact the merchant. How do I contact them with no transaction record or login information, or even a card number (the card was stolen)? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
