I am ordering a product that will take about 180-200 days to make. If they fail to deliver after all that time, could I still get a refund? Or does Taobao have a cutoff date like PayPal (PayPal is 180 days)?

Is there an updated (2018/2019) size/weight restriction list for Taobao logistics/consolidation shipping to the USA? I found a prohibited item list (to the USA) but cannot find any other information other than size/weight limitations to Singapore and Malaysia.

Do they limit to sizes they can stuff into a bag?
