Comment on How to Request a Refund on Taobao by Jason.
ive made payment via online banking for more than a week (13 days) but the products have not been shipped by the seller, so i’ve requested for refund. Will the money go directly to my banking account?
i think the duration for seller’s respond has changed to 48 hours instead of 5 days. Correct me if im wrong. thanks.
