Comment on How to Request a Refund on Taobao by Melissa.

My item was damaged and after discussing with the seller, I am eligible for a refund. However, the seller insists on refunding me by sending me a 红包, and I was unable to accept it. Would truly appreciate it if you could help me out on how I can accept the 红包, thank you so much!
