Comment on How to Request a Refund on Taobao by Kassy.
Hi, I have a parcel of 17items that had reached Singapore and handled by DEX which forward to a third party courier call
Last mile delivery.
The status in my taobao showed delivered to my home on 11sept. But I did not received. I contacted last mile delivery, it says the parcel is missing , ask me contact taobao for refund.
How do I proceed. Can u assists? Thanks a lot.
