Comment on How to Request a Refund on Taobao by Hiep.
I am now making a refund request for aftersale because they send me broken, fake items. The seller requires me to remove it or he will ignore. I asked him for explanation and evidences, he refused to do that until I removed it. Am i doing the right thing?
