hi, recently i got my parcel shipped from taobao to singapore, i can see the parcel has reached to singapore and get collected by forwarder, but then after that no status update for 10days. Tried to contact China warehouse, but they pointed me to multiple singapore forwarders, end up no one admitting they have collected my parcel. Looks like it is lost of being stolen…, but china warehouse doesn’t want to bother me at all and keep dragging my time. How could i get claim back my lost? My parcel worth about S$150 ++ and i paid S$35 for shipment. Thanks.
