Hi Eric, I ordered a kitchen organizer and already paid for taobao direct shipping. But the seller contacted me the next day saying the box is too big for direct and suggested I cancel. We went through the refund very simply and I got my money back for the item already. But how do I get my tb direct shipping fee back? I paid about 50rmb for shipping and haven’t gotten it back.
