Hi Eric,
I placed an order containing three items yesterday. The order was seen on my mobile app, and by morning the payment was successful. However, all my order details have disappeared on my app and web. Strangely, I did get 2 pull down notifications mentioning that my order has been shipped, but the pages didn’t open upon clicking.
What should I do? I am still awaiting the deliver and don’t want to go down the refund route. Do you think I will receive the order?
And finally, how may I resolve this problem?
