Two weeks ago I ordered a scaffolding frame plus platform from Lazada site, shop Taobao. This week on the 8th June they delivered a 15 THB pink plastic stool instead of the 1260 THB item ordered. I rejected the delivery at the gate of my house. Lazada site recorded it as failed delivery because wrong item. I informed Taobao shop (chat) in Thai language 3 times through Lazada site and included a VDO of the packaged stool(visible thru damaged packing), a photo of the package/label showing correct order number, scaffold frame description and 1260 THB (COD). Taobao sent their same automated reply to each of my posts. None of the Taobao replies address the complaint I had raised. Lazada informed me on 8th June that the ordered item would be delivered in 1 or 2 days. Today 10th June Lazada informed me that the order has been cancelled because I had rejected the packaged 15 THB stool on 8th June.
