At first when they started they were kind, fast in processing and delivery of goods bought but now they are slower than snail. Their customer service will never answer you even though they are online. I decided to withdraw my fund from them about 3 months ago. I wrote to the manager and chatted with their customer service about refund but till date I haven’t got any reply from them . its begining to look like I have been scammed and defrauded of my hard earned money. The customer service no longer answer me now. It is serious. Pls help me recover my money
