If you can buy CDs through Taobao official shipping, that is because the warehouse didn’t check them, not because they allowed you to buy them.
The warehouse has to deal with a lot of packages every day, and they don’t have time to open and check every parcel.
You can see the list of banned products above, CDs are listed there. It includes all types of CDs, the warehouse does not have time to distinguish whether it is a music CD or another CD.
But CDs are not a very difficult type of product to ship, you can buy them through third-party forwarders.
