May I ask how the agents are able to get some of these prohibited items shipped to other countries? If I want to buy a laptop from Taobao, do I have to go through an agent such as AliExpress? Is there another way I can get it personally? Thank you.

To add on, I read from another website that Items which contain Lithium/Lithium-ion battery, such as laptops, can be shipped from Taobao by sea. If I were to make a purchase on Taobao but change the delivery option to delivery by sea, would that work?
