Hi Eric, ordered yoga mat with 80cm long from taobao to malaysia via a consolidated agent.
Under my consolidate bucket, yoga mat did not appear there after 8 days waiting.

Agent told me, due to the length. They might refuse to ship or i need to pay extra.

No one contacted me that my goods are stuck. What is your best advice you could provide me ?

Mat length is 80cm. They request me to pay RMB100 as freight. Is this normal ?
