I have been ordering from taobao and have been using JCEX jiacheng forwarder.

The most recent orders i have consolidated with them has been problematic.

The logistics says that the package has been delivered but I did not receive any parcels.

Is there any way I can refund my money?

JCEX jiacheng has not responded to me since.
