I’ve a few orders that have supposedly been received by the warehouse (have checked so with the respective sellers too). However, it keeps showing “等待入仓库” and hence I don’t have an option to pay for my international shipping fees them to be delivered to Singapore.
It has been a week and I can’t figure out how to contact the warehouse apart from calling (which I can’t do). Hope you can help!
