I was not able to solve the issue after contacting my internet provider. It’s a bit weird, because sometimes few pages will load and then stop again. But I am guessing my IP got tagged and is now being spammed with data packets to prevent from connecting to Taobao.
However based on what you said in first response I switched to mobile data on my phone and then turned mobile hotspot on. This way I can still use Taobao on my pc. Thanks so much, your help is much appreciated!

I think you might be right about the IP, not sure though, I will try to get new IP. And will update here, in case anyone else is having similar issue.
I got lucky and a couple of pages to loaded, only to stop again. In that brief moment it seemed that my account was still there.
I tried to access taobao on mobile data and it worked fine, but I do a lot of searching so desktop option is really important for me.
Is taobao lite an app for global version or the original taobao? I do prefer the original, because I purchase from Chinese indie makers and they don’t seem to sell on global. Or at least I can’t find them while searching on global app.

I started buying on taobao roughly two years ago, I have an account and browse taobao stores to forward links to my agent, who then buys the items for me. It worked well until just recently. When I try to load any taobao store or item pages they just time out for me. I tried different browser, incognito mode, different device, too. It always times out and nothing loads anymore, it’s been days at least. I am currently UK based. Do you have any idea what could be happening?
