I am planning to buy some clothes from taobao.. but the problem is my agent is kinda strict with rules, like the seller has to call first before sending the goods to warehouse, marking codes and also packing list… I think it is because they usually work with factory and 1688&alibaba… but that agent is the most trusted one and cost efficient…
I just wondering can we requests those things when buying in taobao? Or maybe is there people who handle big purchase?

Ah I see, so before purchasing it’s better to ask whether if I can buy a lot and if they can take my request or not then… for safety.
I also have a few more questions, sorry for asking too much >_<

Is the chat room in the normal taobao app and aliwangwang are different?
I studied in China for a few months, so I've been shopping at taobao for a few times and usually, I would just chat the seller in that app. I did not install aliwangwang before. Also, I did not talk to the seller at all, just check out and wait for my package to come XD

Also, do you know how to change our Taobao password? I usually scan from Alipay to log in. Thank you! 🙂
