Hi, I entered my shipping info and credit card info in Taobao app and submitted the order. It took me to a separate website(I’m assuming Alipay as you mentioned in your guide) but then there was an error opening the page. I now see that my items are still waiting to be paid in Taobao app. Am I supposed to go through the payment process all over again? Why would I have to enter my credit card info inside the Taobao app if it’s sending me to another place to enter it all over again? It’s confusing.
