I used JCEX Jiacheng as my forwarder to the US. My 2nd time using them, and it took me surprise when I ordered stationery items and they refused to ship it to me. They say any ballpoint pens or likewise are considered liquid (oh please!) and erasers are considered flammable. Super frustrating to say the least because then I had to contact the individual sellers I ordered from for their return address and pay additional postage to have JCEX return it to sender.
