Hi Eric – Your article is very helpful. I appreciate it. I have some questions about this. Hope you can help me out. I successfully ordered 2 times on taobao. First, I used USPS which took 30 days to come to US. Second, I used UPS took 20 days for delivery. I found that they are over weight my order. they told me my order weight 15kg, but it just weight 11kg. They charged me $130 for delivery but i saw the receipt placed outside me order just $80. I found out, usps and ups have the same warehouse. What should i do? I concern the DHL shipping will take longer. Thank you in advance.
