i have bought many item from taobao…..but recently one of 4 of my item in the same order is not shipped by the warehouse….. at first i thought the seller have scam me….. but when i investigate its the warehouse fault…their reason is they said i not paying enough fright cost…..but when you using taobao direct shipping the cost is already calculated….how come it became not enough……usual cost is 28yuan per item……when u add some more item to your order it became cheaper for overseas shipment….. but when it arrive at the warehouse, let says the 4 item shipping cost about 61yuan…. (i dont know how they calculate) That 61 yuan they said not enough….. the warehouse calculation is like this first kg is 28yuan then 1kg after that is 20 yuan
item weight is 8kg ….so 7kg is times with 20 yuan…..i have to pay 140yuan for me to get my item…..this is like taobao cargo……its making me lose money
