I am having problems with a seller. He shipped the items and the tracking info says “item rejected and returned to the seller.” I contacted the seller first, and he told me to contact the warehouse, but the warehouse is saying they never received anything to reject or accept. I told the seller what the warehouse said, and he’s been ignoring me on AliWangWang since then. I went on the transaction details and it says “delivery by 5 July.” Does it mean the payment will be released automatically to the seller after this date? Should I apply for a refund now or after the estimated delivery date? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!
