I do not recommend that you buy products that require pre-orders through official Taobao shipping.

Taobao sellers take a long time to ship things that are pre-ordered, some even take three to six months to ship out for some cosplay or lolita stuff.

In such a long time, you can’t guarantee the safety of your Taobao account. Taobao can easily freeze or restrict a foreigner’s Taobao account.

For the safety of your money, I recommend buying pre-ordering products through a Taobao agent.
