Hi Eric,
I created an account on Taobao in early February and placed an order, which I paid for. Shortly afterwards my account was locked for being suspicious. I never closed out my order page (under my_taobao) so I can still refresh and see order updates, but I can’t click into anything without having to login, which I can’t do.

My order is currently stuck in the 2nd shipping phase “Your parcel has been put into storage, please pay the cross-border freight in time.” but since I can’t log in I’m not sure what to do. Do you have any suggestions? Would an agent be able to assist me after I’ve already paid for the order + first shipping?
