Hi Eric,
Thank you for this detailed guide. I have a question about one of my purchases. It was marked as shipped several days ago, but on the logistics page there is still only the line “卖家发货” (seller shipped). There are no further tracking updates and it’s been about four days since this happened. Is this typical? Who should I contact for more information, the seller or the forwarder?
