I was trying to place an order and when it’s at the payment page it appears “您的个人信息无法通过支付宝安全认证，请确保填写准确”. I have made sure everything is accurate and also change another credit card to pay but it still appear the same results. May i know how can i address to this issue?
I was able to place an order a few days ago without any problem though.
