I live in the US and made an order from taobao about a month ago. But recently I am not able to log into my account. When I try, it says, “非常抱歉！您的账户存在严重违规情况，已作“冻结”账户处理。详细请参见这里” And when I click on more details, it takes me to a self-help page that doesn’t seem to list the problem. How do I go about unfreezing my account? Before this happened my package hadn’t reached the warehouse yet, so I haven’t been able to make the second payment for shipping to the US.
