Hi Eric, I accidentally completed the ‘确认收货(confirm receipt)’ because I thought this was how I had to pay the seller. After reading this, I now know it is to tell the seller that I have received the items and that I should have ignored it.

I live in Australia and my order had only just been sent to the forwarder warehouse. Do I need to reverse this confirmation, since I haven’t received the order? Or will the order still appear in 跨境物流管理(cross-border logistics management) when the products arrive at the forwarder warehouse?
