I ordered an item (a synthetic wig) off a store I’ve bought off before and had no problems with before, taobao has sent it back to the couriers saying it was prohibited (仓库已拒收/禁运品) and told me to contact the seller. My friends have had the same problem with their items. What should I do in this case?
