What does that means 交易关闭. I’ve accidentally clicked wrong button on taobao and it says that I paid even though I didn’t input a bank card in it? I mean I have linked my bank card to aliexpress, should I be worried? Do taobao and aliexpress use the same alipay account?

I live in Africa and I’m interested to buy a phone from China/shenzhen/hong kong. I currently have a Chinese Sim card number and some relatives living there which can offer me some help. The thing is that I can barely understand Mandarin while navigating on taobao, even with the help of Google translate. Are there alternative websites related to alibaba that can ship to Africa? I don’t wanna miss on 11.11 (:
