Hi Eric, I placed an order several days ago to be shipped to Canada with Jiacheng as the forwarder. However the logistics page reads: 很抱歉，您的包裹因不可转运原因无法正常入库，请速与佳成集货商联系

The goods I bought are makeup, probably counterfeit but not 100% sure.

I messaged Jiaching on Aliwangwang. They said: 走特货渠道也转运不了 . 眼影，不可以转运哦

Is there anything I can do besides return the goods to the seller? Can I pay Jiaching a higher shipping rate?

In the future, is there another forwarder or agent I can use that will be more lenient?
